Refund Policy

Morgan Mae offers a 15-day return and exchange policy for accessories. During the holiday season, we extend this period to 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with all original purchase tags attached to items. All items will be inspected upon return. All returnsarehandledona a case-by-case basis and ultimately at the Morgan Mae team's discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed. Upon inspection and approval, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days

All SALE items are final. All shipping fees for normal return apply.

Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, provided, however, that if a Gift Card does not function, we may, in our sole discretion, replace it.

Shipping

Customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returning all items. Morgan Mae is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

Discounts

Coupon codes and offers must be applied at the time of purchase and may not be applied to previous orders. Customers may only apply one discount per order.
